Course Content
- Introduction to entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship theory
- Exploration of taking on the role as a change agent and an intrapreneur in healthcare

Learning Outcome
Participants will develop an understanding of entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, and change processes in the healthcare system. Through this course, participants will be able to recognize/create entrepreneurial opportunities in their organization and implement a new project that will create new value.
Learning Methods and Activities
Various digital educational offerings. The semester starts with a kick-off seminar that will be held online. Students must be affiliated with an organization (relevant to the healthcare system) where the student can explore ideas as an intrapreneur and subsequently implement a new, value-creating project. The learning activities can include both individual work and group work.
