Introduction to Musicology Program
The Musicology program approaches music through a comprehensive study of music history, musical analysis, music theory, aural training, writing sheet music, choir conducting, and an academic approach to music. Approximately a fourth of the study is directly tied to individual principal instrument instruction, which serves as a support to understanding and performing music.
Program Options
The Musicology program offers the following options:
- Bachelor: 3-year bachelor's in musicology
- Master: 2-year master's in musicology
- One-year study option: 1-year study in musicology
