Wellness Worker - Massage Services Program
The Wellness Worker - Massage Services program is designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career in wellness and massage services. The program is regulated by the Act on Lifelong Learning (568/2009 Z.Z.) and falls under the category of personal services.
Program Requirements
To participate in the program, individuals must:
- Submit a certificate of complete qualification as a Wellness Worker - Massage Services to the relevant trade office
- Pass a professional qualification exam, which consists of three parts: a written test, a practical exam, and an oral exam
- Provide proof of 5 years of professional experience in massage services, confirmed by an employer or social insurance company, and a sworn statement
Exam Details
The exam is conducted by the University of Comenius (FTV UK) and consists of:
- A written test
- A practical exam (candidates must be prepared in massage attire and follow current epidemiological guidelines)
- An oral exam The exam is held at the FTV UK in Bratislava, in the massage room and auditorium.
