Program Details

One of the programs offered is the Rafting elective course, which is described as follows:


Rafting Elective Course

Rafting is a pure adventure on flowing water (rapids and currents). The course content includes learning to use rafting equipment, basic boat handling in challenging conditions, resolving risk situations, and implementing routes in currents, decision-making processes, and rescue. In addition to rafting, participants will experience camping, short excursions, and classic waterman life. Before starting the course, there will be 2 hours of basic instruction at the UK boat house in Karlovy Vary. A prerequisite for participation is the ability to swim.


The course is realized in a block form of instruction lasting 4 days. Term: 21-6 to 24.6.2026 or 29.6 to 2.7.2026

The Rafting elective course takes place in Soa, Slovenia.
