- Module 4: Legal Aspects of Public Administration: This module explores the legal framework of public administration, including administrative procedures, public function, and integrity.

- Total Hours: 300 hours, including face-to-face instruction, online learning, tutoring, and individual study.
- Certification: Upon completion, participants receive a certificate from the University and a certificate from the University of Georgia.
- Tuition Fee: The tuition fee for the program is 2500 RON per participant.
- Micro-credits: Participants can earn up to 12 micro-credits upon completing the program.
