• Program Structure: The program is structured into 6 distinct modules, each taught by experienced faculty members.
• Module 1: Strategy and Leadership in Public Administration: This module introduces students to the principles and concepts of public management, including leadership, strategy, organizational culture, and change management.
• Module 2: Economics and Public Finance: This module covers economic development, public finance, and financial management, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of the financial aspects of public administration.
• Module 3: Urban and Community Development: This module focuses on urban planning, community development, and participation, offering insights into the role of the public sector in these areas.
• Module 4: Legal Aspects of Public Administration: This module explores the legal framework of public administration, including administrative procedures, public function, and integrity.

Program Features

• Duration: The program lasts 6 months.
• Total Hours: 300 hours, including face-to-face instruction, online learning, tutoring, and individual study.
• Certification: Upon completion, participants receive a certificate from the University and a certificate from the University of Georgia.
• Tuition Fee: The tuition fee for the program is 2500 RON per participant.
• Micro-credits: Participants can earn up to 12 micro-credits upon completing the program.

The program is organized in partnership with the University of Georgia, Athens, USA (Cox International Center).
