Introduction to the DU Numérique en Santé, Perfectionnement (INES2) Program
The DU Numérique en Santé, Perfectionnement (INES2) program is a university diploma designed for healthcare professionals, aiming to provide them with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to the evolving field of e-health. This program is entirely online, allowing participants to complete it according to their schedule.
Presentation
E-health is a rapidly growing discipline, with digital tools becoming indispensable in patient care. However, healthcare professionals often lack training in these new technologies and practices. This program proposes a university diploma that is adaptable and modular, conforming to the Reference Framework for Digital Health Competences and Knowledge. It is designed to be completed entirely through e-learning, accommodating the availability of participants.
Objectives of the Formation
The primary objectives of this program are:
- To facilitate the evolution of healthcare professionals towards the appropriation of e-health
- To evaluate the benefits and risks of an application before prescribing it
- To understand the rules of ethics and regulation regarding health data
- To train in telemonitoring
- To understand the principles of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Competences Acquired
Upon completion of the program, participants will acquire the following competences:
- Knowledge and use of the main components of telemedicine (teleconsultation, telemonitoring)
- Understanding of the clinical development of digital health solutions
- Evaluation of the criteria for clinical relevance, quality, and development stages of solutions
- Comprehension of algorithm and AI notions in health
- Appreciation of the challenges of e-health in various pathologies, including cardiology, oncology, pediatrics, infectiology, and psychiatry
Content and Pedagogical Organization
The program consists of 70 hours of teaching over one academic year, divided into:
- 63 hours of e-learning
- 7 hours of webinars The pedagogical tools used include the Plubel platform and webinars via Teams, with interactive and participatory e-learning modules.

- Artificial Intelligence: Use Cases (9 hours) + 1 webinar
- Virtual Reality, Metaverse, and Blockchain (5 hours) + 1 webinar
- Access Market, Business Model, and Perspectives (11 hours) + 1 webinar
Validation of the Formation
Validation of the program is through an online written exam. Participation in all teachings is mandatory.
