Programme in Grade R Teaching

The Programme in Grade R Teaching is a one-year program that includes a compulsory three-week practical teaching period in a Grade R class. All five modules must be registered in one academic year.

Target Group

The target group for this program are teachers or practitioners working with children in Grade R, which is the year before formal school starts. This program is not a formal teacher's qualification.

Admission Requirements

The admission requirements for this program are a Senior Certificate or Grade 12.
