The Master's and Doctoral degrees offered by the university provide students with post-graduate level knowledge, specific skills, and applied competence in various fields associated with Business, Commerce, and Management.
Purpose Statement
The primary purpose of the qualification is to provide Master of Commerce graduates with knowledge, skills, and applied competence in fields associated with Business, Commerce, and Management. This prepares them to be lifelong learners, employable researchers, entrepreneurs, and contributors to society and the business community.
Who Can Register?
- Applicants may only register once they have received confirmation from the university that their application for admission has been accepted.
- Returning students must check their emails for confirmation.
- New students will receive confirmation via the email address they provided at the time of application.
- Re-registering students and students who officially deferred their studies must register online during the approved registration period.
Registration Period
- Registration opens on 7 January 2026 for Master's and Doctoral qualifications.
- Registration closes on 31 March 2026 for Master's and Doctoral qualifications.
- The final date for payment is 31 March 2026.
Time Limits for This Degree
- Coursework Master's degree: A maximum of three years with an option to apply for one additional year.
- Research Master's degree: A maximum of three years with an option to apply for one additional year.
- Doctoral degree: A maximum of six years with an option to apply for one additional year.
