Program Details

One of the programs offered is Strategic Planning IIIA - MNG3701, which is an undergraduate degree, advanced diploma, semester module at NQF level 7, with 12 credits. The module is presented in English and is offered online. The pre-requisite for this module is MNG2601. The purpose of this module is to enable students to conceptualize and explain relevant components of strategic planning as part of the strategic management process. Students will be able to evaluate the strategic direction of an organization and recommend suitable business-level strategies based on a thorough environmental analysis.
