Program Details

Program Description

This program is a diploma program offered at the NQF level 7, with 12 credits. It is presented in English and is an online module. The pre-requisite for this program is LDS2601, and the co-requisites are LDS3601 and LDS3701. The purpose of this program is to equip students with the skills to draw up a landscape design plan for a particular setting and justify their design. Students will learn to use drawing equipment correctly to produce a landscape plan according to horticultural standards. Their designs will meet client specifications and take ecological principles into account. To pass this module, students must attend a compulsory practical workshop.
