Purpose
The purpose of this module is to provide students with a theoretical and practical framework in compiling a project plan, related to the security industry, as well as the implementation thereof. Furthermore, a student will be able to conduct a return on investment exercise as a management tool in order to obtain capital expenditure for large projects. The student will also be capable of compiling, drafting and presenting an effective security risk management report to his/her clients. Finally, this module will enable security managers to identify, implement, evaluate and maintain cost-effective security measures.
