Career Psychology Program
The Career Psychology program (IOP3703) is a semester module at the NQF level 7, worth 12 credits.
Purpose
The purpose of this module is to equip students with the necessary theories and skills to advise on and facilitate career guidance and counseling to individuals at different life and career stages.
Outcomes
Upon completion of this module, students will be able to:
- Analyze and propose necessary interventions to address complex career and family-related issues
- Advise on the development and facilitation of employee well-being and talent management programs
