Purpose
The purpose of this module is to equip students with knowledge of and insight into selected aspects of banking law and also provide basic research skills related hereto in the practice of law with specific regard to the concept of transformative constitutionalism. Students who complete this module will be able to illustrate the importance of banking law within both a legal and social context.
