The "Hegang City Taxation Bureau 2025 Level Cadre Appointment Training Class" was successfully held at Harbin Engineering University. The training aimed to enhance the political judgment, political understanding, and political execution of level cadres in the Hegang City Taxation Bureau.

Training Objectives

The training focused on several key areas, including:

• Deepening the understanding of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on establishing and practicing a correct performance outlook
• Effectively enhancing the legal literacy of leading cadres
• Improving the ability of leading cadres to manage sudden events and public opinion in the context of big data
• Studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's discussions on new-era middle-aged and young cadres
• Learning and implementing the spirit of the Central Eight Regulations
• Strengthening the foundation and preventing tax collection and law enforcement risks
• Learning about the added value tax law in the context of digital transformation
• Improving the comprehensive ability and quality of level leading cadres
• Studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discussions on comprehensively governing the party with strictness
• Understanding the Chinese Communist Party's disciplinary action regulations

Participants

A total of 31 trainees from the Hegang City and Jixi City taxation systems participated in the training. Leaders from the National Taxation Bureau of Hegang City, including Deputy Director Li Dongcheng and Organization and Personnel Department Director Xu Xinyu, attended the opening ceremony.
