Introduction to the International Transfer Program in Engineering
The International Centre for Applied Sciences (ICAS), Manipal Academy of Higher Education, offers a unique International Transfer Programme. Established in 1994, this program allows students to complete the first two years of study at Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India, and then pursue the final two years at a premium university in a foreign country of their choice.
Program Structure
Under the program, students can transfer their credits obtained from the first two years of study to a foreign university, such as those in the USA, UK, Australia, Germany, Canada, France, Ireland, and many more. Upon completion of the program, students can obtain an Engineering Degree awarded by the destination international university. Alternatively, students can choose to continue their third year of study at Manipal Academy of Higher Education and obtain a BSc (Applied Science) degree.

The program offers a wide range of benefits, including:
- The ability to transfer credits to over 100 foreign universities that have accepted ICAS credits in the past
