The program "Manager une équipe technique : de l'ingénieur au manager" is designed for individuals who have the responsibility of leading a team, either permanently or on a project basis, and need to transition from a technical expert to a management role.

Presentation of the Program

The program focuses on transitioning from a technical expert to a management role, covering aspects such as being or becoming a manager of a technical team, managing each collaborator individually, self-awareness for effective communication, and leading the team to create collective intelligence.

• Integrate the specifics of managing a technical team considering current evolutions
• Understand the managerial dimension through its various aspects and functions
• Assess one's function, managerial style, and practices
• Learn to manage typical situations of a technical team manager
• Train to better manage experienced or future situations

Practical Information

In line with École polytechnique's commitment to ecological transition, training materials are digitized. Participants are required to bring a laptop with administrative privileges, Microsoft Office suite, and a PDF reader.
