Master of Educational Leadership
The Master of Educational Leadership is a postgraduate degree designed for aspiring educational leaders with an appetite to develop and expand their leadership effectiveness. Course Overview
The Master of Educational Leadership is not an initial teaching qualification. Students will delve into new ways of thinking about the purpose and task of education, and contemporary Catholic education in particular, utilizing philosophical and ethical tools and processes. They will explore theories of educational leadership, management, and administration, and how to apply them appropriately to their own school culture and context.

Course Details
To complete the Master of Educational Leadership, a student must complete 120 credit points. The course structure includes specified units, elective units, and a capstone applied project.

Entry Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the course, an applicant must have completed a recognized teaching qualification and a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant leadership experience.

A student who has completed 40 credit points with 20 credit points from specified units may exit with a Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership. A student who has completed 80 credit points with 20 credit points from specified units and at least 20 credit points from the schedule of unit offerings may exit with a Graduate Diploma in Educational Leadership.
