Bachelor of Nursing (Enrolled Nurses)

Overview

The Bachelor of Nursing (Enrolled Nurses) is a 2-year full-time or equivalent part-time course designed for enrolled nurses who want to advance their careers. The course is offered at multiple locations, including Ballarat, Blacktown, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, and North Sydney.


Admission Requirements

To be eligible for admission, applicants must have completed an approved and accredited Diploma of Nursing (Enrolled Nursing) and hold current registration as an enrolled nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).


Completion Requirements

To qualify for the Bachelor of Nursing degree, students must complete 160 credit points from the Schedule of Unit Offerings, consisting of:


  • 30 credit points from Interdisciplinary Learning Units (Part A)
  • 10 credit points from University Core Curriculum units (Part B)
  • 80 credit points from Nursing Theory units (Part C)
  • 40 credit points from Clinical Nursing Practice Units (Part D)

Progression Requirements
