Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Paramedicine
The Bachelor of Nursing/Bachelor of Paramedicine is a double degree program that combines the study of nursing and paramedicine. The program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of nursing and paramedicine, as well as the skills and knowledge required to work in a variety of healthcare settings.
Credit Points and Duration
The program consists of 320 credit points and can be completed in four years of full-time study or equivalent part-time study.

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission to the program, applicants must have completed the following prerequisites at year 12 level or equivalent:
- English (Units 3 and 4, C) in Queensland
- Units 3 and 4 a study score of at least 30 in English (EAL) or at least 25 in English other than EAL in Victoria
- No prerequisites are specified for the Australian Capital Territory (ACT)
Applicants must also comply with the Admission to Coursework Programs Policy.
Completion Requirements
To qualify for the double degree, students must complete 320 credit points, consisting of:
- 210 credit points from the Schedule of Unit Offerings for the Bachelor of Nursing
- 100 credit points from Paramedicine units
- 10 credit points from University Core Curriculum Units
