The Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a specialization in Energy and Digital Transformation is designed to equip students with advanced management competencies. Program Description
The MBA program focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to management, incorporating the latest achievements in modern disciplines, management sciences, economics, law, finance, accounting, psychology, sociology, logistics, marketing, and communication. The Energy and Digital Transformation specialization provides students with knowledge, skills, and competencies in two key areas: energy transformation and digital transformation.
Program Structure
The program consists of 4 semestries and includes a range of courses, such as:
- Management of self and multicultural teams
- Financial management, budgeting, and controlling
- Civil, commercial, and tax law
- Financial and managerial accounting
- Strategic management, business strategies, and management projects
- New technologies in management
- Elective courses, including modern management, business research methods, and consulting skills

The Energy and Digital Transformation specialization includes courses such as:
- Energy transformation - role, significance, evaluation, and prospects
- Decentralization of energy and energy security
- Circular economy (water, waste, electricity, heat)
- Digital transformation and social aspects of technology implementation
- Industrial Internet of Things, big data processing, and cloud computing
- Autonomous robots and extended reality
Admission Criteria
Admission to the program requires:
- A master's or bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
- A positive result in the selection process, which includes:
- A competency test (GMAT type)
- A qualifying interview
- Verification of managerial experience documents
Tuition Fee
The tuition fee for the program is 36,500 PLN (9,125 PLN per semester).
Duration of Studies
The program lasts 4 semesters.
Organization of Classes
Classes are held in Rybnik and Gliwice.
