Introduction to the 4.0 Engineering Program
The 4.0 Engineering Program is an initiative organized by Siemens, 4-0 aimed at developing and addressing many aspects of future successful women in the field of engineering.
Program Description
The program includes personal branding training that prepares participants for future recruitment conversations and helps build confidence in professional relationships and meetings with STEM experts. This provides an opportunity for participants to gain insight into the job market from a woman's perspective.
Participation Requirements
To participate in the program, interested individuals must complete a form and submit a self-presentation in the form of an essay, presentation, or video by February 25th.
Program Benefits
The authors of the 30 most interesting works will receive an invitation to workshops and participate in a competition with attractive prizes, including:
- Vouchers for industry training from EMT System and KUKA
- Siemens' trip to the Hannover Messe
