More and more leaders and individuals are seeking the support of professional, highly trained coaches in their career or private life changes, or to develop their leadership competencies. Our systems-oriented coach training meets this demand by training high-quality coaches.

Program Description

The practice-oriented postgraduate training ensures a high level of quality, with university instructors from the Debrecen University Psychology Institute and internationally certified coach trainers from the Dr. Bodó Training and Consulting Ltd., a training institute accredited by the European Coaching Association. The training provides participants with immediately applicable, practice-oriented knowledge.

Training Objective

The objective of the training is to provide high-level theoretical and application-oriented coaching and psychological knowledge. This enables participants to provide a problem- and solution-oriented support process for their clients, ensuring the sustainability of changes. Participants learn an integrative action model that allows them to navigate complex coaching situations securely and use the methodological tools learned during the training in a professional and effective manner.

Admission Requirements

• A diploma and professional qualification obtained in any field of study at a bachelor's level (previously college-level training)

Additional Information

• The training includes an additional, one-time self-knowledge module, which is held at a separate location and requires an extra fee beyond the university's semester tuition.
• The attendance and examination rules of the training follow the regulations of the Debrecen University.
• Absence from practical training sessions means repeating the module, which can only be done within the framework of the next starting training.

Certificate

Upon successful completion of the training and the optional supervision, participants receive an international certificate from the European Coaching Association.

• The university application is only valid if the original application arrives at the specified address by the application deadline.
• A copy of the application must be sent by email to facilitate the organization of the online oral conversation, which is also a prerequisite for the application.
