Target Audience

Program Goals

The program aims to study the role of law enforcement agencies and their powers in relation to citizens, with further development of effective communication skills. Additionally, listeners will acquire the following competencies: drawing up reports, keeping notes, using storytelling. Listeners will familiarize themselves with interview techniques, develop persuasion and courtroom speech skills, and master tools for interpersonal and group communication, taking into account cultural characteristics.
