Master Thai Chef Program
The Master Thai Chef Program is a professional chef training course designed to develop and enhance the skills of individuals interested in becoming expert Thai chefs. This program is offered free of charge, with a limited enrollment of 2,000 participants.
Program Overview
The Master Thai Chef Program consists of 90 hours of online learning and 150 hours of practical training. The course is taught by experienced culinary experts and covers various aspects of Thai cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredient selection, and menu planning.
Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Thai citizens aged 18 and above
- Individuals with a passion for cooking and a desire to pursue a career as a professional Thai chef
- Current professionals in the food industry seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Entrepreneurs interested in starting a food-related business
- Community representatives and village leaders
Program Benefits
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate of completion and have the opportunity to pursue a career as a professional Thai chef, either in Thailand or internationally.
Program Location and Duration
The program will be conducted in 12 provinces in the northeastern region of Thailand, including Udon Thani, Loei, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan, Khon Kaen, Kalasin, Maha Sarakham, Roi Et, Mukdahan, Sakon Nakhon, and Nakhon Phanom. The program will run from June to December 2025.

Certification
Participants who complete the program will receive two certificates:
- A certificate of completion from the THACCA Academy
- A certificate of competency in Thai cuisine from the Professional Certification Institute (PCI)
