Introduction to the Formation Certifiante en IA & Application

The Formation Certifiante en IA & Application is a certified training program offered by Grenoble INP - UGA, in collaboration with the Institut MIAI and supported by France 2030 and the Agence Nationale de la Recherche. This program aims to equip professionals with the necessary skills to become references in Artificial Intelligence (AI) within their organizations.

Presentation

This 9-month program, with 2 days of in-person attendance per month, is designed for professionals seeking to develop their skills in AI and its applications. The program is accessible in a continuing education format and is eligible for financial support through various plans, including the CPF de transition professionnelle and France Travail.

Objectives

The primary objectives of this program are to:

• Understand the challenges of sustainable AI and good practices in AI project management
• Comprehend the principles of data governance and manipulation, including Big Data
• Ensure the reliability, security, and accessibility of data for exploitation
• Master the methods of learning, apply them, and evaluate their performance
• Integrate AI and data strategies into the organization's strategy
• Experiment with a Data Science project

Specificities

Admission

To be eligible for this program, candidates must have a technical, scientific, or equivalent degree (Bac + 3) and relevant professional experience. The admission process involves:

• Submission of a completed application dossier before September 1, 2026
• A test to verify prerequisites
• An interview with the admission committee

Program

The program consists of three modules:

1. Enjeux sociétaux, environnementaux et organisationnels de l'usage de l'IA (Societal, Environmental, and Organizational Challenges of AI Use)
2. Data Engineering et Big Data - Manipulation et gouvernance de la donnée (Data Engineering and Big Data - Data Manipulation and Governance)
3. Machine Learning & Deep Learning

Certification

The certification is awarded by Grenoble INP - UGA upon successful completion of the program. The evaluation is conducted individually by a jury composed of teachers and professionals.

Organization of the Cursus

The program starts in October 2026, and the application dossier must be submitted before September 1, 2026.

Sanction of the Formation

Upon completion, participants receive an attestation of completion and an attendance certificate.
