The Master 2 Manager Double Compétence program is designed to provide students with a dual competence in management and a specific field of study. This program is aimed at students who have a strong ambition to mobilize managerial skills in their future careers as executives.
Summary
The program is specifically designed for students who have completed different initial training courses, such as engineering, science, law, economics, literature, and IEP. The diversity of student profiles fosters the sharing of experiences, adaptability, teamwork, and rapid integration into companies. The program has privileged agreements with engineering students in their final year at ENSE3, ENSIMAG, PHELMA, PAGORA, ESISAR, and POLYTECH of Grenoble INP, pharmacists in their final year, and doctoral students in their first year of thesis.

Conditions of Admission
The Master's program is open to all candidates who hold at least a Master's degree in a discipline other than management.
- The admission process consists of three steps:
- Presentation of an English language test with a minimum level of B1
- Examination of the academic file
- Individual interview to discuss the professional project
Program
- Duration of studies: 1 year (510 hours)
- The training includes 2 semesters: from late September to late September, ending with an internship starting in April, which can last between 4 to 6 months.

The jobs occupied by double competence managers are mostly project management positions and/or management positions in companies of different sizes and sectors, closely related to their initial training. This training can also lead some students with projects to create their own business or access more specialized training at Grenoble IAE-INP.
