The Human Resource Management program at Villanova offers an online and hybrid bachelor's degree, as well as a credit-bearing certificate. This program provides a framework for the application of human resource principles that can be applied in a broad range of organizational settings.

Program Structure

The Human Resource Management program can be taken as a certificate or added as a minor for students pursuing another major.

Partnership and Advancement Opportunities

The Human Resource Management major was created in partnership with Villanova's Human Resource Development (HRD) graduate program. Students who complete a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies (BIS) with a major in Human Resource Management will be prepared to continue into the combined BIS/MS Human Resource Development graduate program, with the HRD prerequisite courses waived.
