Program Roots
The program takes its roots from the Erasmus+ project "Establishing Smart Energy System Curriculum at Russian and Vietnamese Universities (ESSENCE)", a curriculum development project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, Key Action 2, Capacity Building in Higher Education.
