Program Overview

The Master's program in Radioelectronic Systems and Devices Engineering is designed for individuals seeking to acquire new knowledge in 5G and IoT technologies, develop, model, and test wireless devices, and participate in the design of telecommunication, radar, and navigation systems.

Program Description

This program provides students with the opportunity to acquire skills in the full cycle of high-frequency circuit development, from specification to testing. Modern design and simulation tools are used, including:

  • Cadence AWR Design Environment
  • ANSYS HFSS, Savant
  • Advanced Design System Keysight

Students can test developed devices on unique equipment from leading manufacturers:

  • Keysight Technologies
  • Rohde&Schwarz
  • Anritsu
  • Tektronix

The core part of the program forms the necessary knowledge of digital and analog radio electronics, signal formation and processing, electromagnetic compatibility of radio electronic means, and measurement techniques in radio technical systems. In the second and third semesters, students study subjects of their choice. Practice is allocated one-third of the training time. Throughout the training period, students work on an individual scientific project under the guidance of leading specialists in the field of radio engineering.
