The Journalism program at Ural Federal University is a well-established direction for training specialists in periodic printing, television, radio broadcasting, and network publications. With a history spanning over eighty years, the faculty of journalism has prepared a large number of specialists for work in the media, known not only in the region but throughout the country and abroad.
Program Description
The educational program "Journalism" is interdisciplinary and practice-oriented, involving experts from various fields of knowledge, including journalism, philology, art history, cultural studies, philosophy, psychology, economics, sociology, history, and jurisprudence. Practical classes with students are conducted primarily by experienced journalists from the media industry.
