Course Introduction

The AIæExcel Course is designed to help individuals improve their efficiency and professionalism in using Excel, a essential tool in the workplace. The course combines AI with Excel pivot table analysis and functions, enabling participants to complete reports quickly and professionally.

Course Outline

The course is divided into two days, covering the following topics:

• First Day:
  • Introduction to Excel and ChatGPT
  • Data cleaning and analysis using Power Query and ChatGPT
  • Pivot table analysis and configuration
  • Practical exercise: completing a report using original data and pivot table analysis
• Second Day:
  • Functions and formulas in Excel
  • Advanced functions, such as OFFSET, INDIRECT, and SUMPRODUCT
  • Data visualization using charts and graphs
  • Final project: creating a professional report using cleaned data, pivot tables, and charts

Target Audience

The course is suitable for administrative personnel, analysis assistants, project managers, and anyone who needs to create reports quickly and efficiently.

Course Schedule

The course is offered in two sessions:

• First Session: March 21 and 28, 2026 (9:30 am - 4:30 pm)
• Second Session: October 31 and November 7, 2026 (9:30 am - 4:30 pm)

Course Fee

The course fee is NT$6,500, with a student discount of NT$5,500. An early bird discount of NT$500 is available for registration before March 10.

Refund Policy

The refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund for cancellation 30 days before the course starts
• 90% refund for cancellation between 29 days and 1 day before the course starts
• 50% refund for cancellation after the course starts but before completing one-third of the course
• No refund for cancellation after completing one-third of the course
