Program Overview

The Bilingual Education Center at National Central University offers a program for teachers to improve their English teaching abilities.

Program Objectives

The program aims to:

• Enhance teachers' English teaching skills and techniques
• Build confidence in using English in the classroom
• Strengthen cross-disciplinary teaching capabilities

Program Highlights

The program focuses on real teaching scenarios and covers three core areas:

1. Mastering teaching vocabulary: familiarizing participants with common classroom language and instructions
2. Interactive expression: enabling participants to express themselves fluently, accurately, and in an engaging manner to involve students
3. Instant response ability: improving participants' ability to respond effectively in the classroom through simulated practice

Program Details

• Class Schedule: Two classes are offered:
  • R22 class (taught by a foreign instructor): every Thursday from 2/5 to 4/23, 19:00-21:00
  • R23 class (taught by a foreign instructor): every Saturday from 3/7 to 5/30, 9:30-11:30
• Target Participants: Students from public and private universities
• Trial Class: A trial class is available for teachers to experience the interactive mode of the program before registering for the full course

Program Location

The program is held at the Bilingual Education Center, National Central University, located at 300 Zhongda Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City 32001, Taiwan.
