Certificate in Resort and Hospitality Management
The Certificate in Resort and Hospitality Management is designed to provide students with real-world hospitality leadership skills. The certificate can be added to a current major, or earned independently by industry professionals.

Internships
Hands-on industry experience through an internship (RHM 493) for 1-3 credits is a requirement for both the emphasis and certificate. Students will determine and complete a special project during their internship, approved by the organization and the internship coordinator.
Internship Requirements
Students are required to meet with their internship coordinator one semester prior to enrolling in the internship class. This is a critical part of understanding the internship requirements and identifying unique interests to ensure ideal internship placement.
