Admission Announcement for 2022 Nanjing Medical University Chinese Government Scholarship "University Postgraduate" Program

Program Category

The program category for the 2022 Nanjing Medical University Chinese Government Scholarship is full-time postgraduate students, including Master's and Doctoral programs.

Prospective Students

The prospective students for the September intake should be freshmen from outside of China in principle. In addition, outstanding undergraduate students and Master's students in their final year of study in China are also eligible to apply.

Applicant Eligibility

To be eligible for the program, applicants must:

1. Be a citizen of a country other than the People's Republic of China and be in good health both mentally and physically;
2. Be a Bachelor's degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for Master's programs;
3. Be a Master's degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for Doctoral programs.

Scholarship

The specific details of the scholarship are subject to the information published on the CSC Study in China website.

Application Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

1. Application Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (in Chinese or English);
2. Copy of the passport front page;
3. A notarized highest diploma;
4. Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards);
5. Language qualification certificates;
6. A study or research plan in English (1,000 words or above);
7. Two letters of Recommendation in English;
8. Acceptance Letter;
9. A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English;
10. Non-criminal record report.

Application Process

The application process consists of three steps:

1. Online Application: Applicants must submit their applications online through the CSC Study in China website.
2. Interviews: After the applicant's information is approved, the school will notify the applicant by email concerning the interview.
3. Admission: Applicants can check the admission results in the Chinese Government Scholarship Study Abroad Management Information System. Upon receiving the admission notice, applicants shall register at the Nanjing Medical University within the stipulated time with all original application materials.
