Computer Information Technology Program

The Computer Information Technology program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in computer science and information technology.

Program Overview

The program is offered by the College of Engineering and Computer Science and is available to students who started in 2025 or later. The program requires a total of 120 units to complete.

Year 1: 1st Semester

• CIT 101/L: 2/1 units
• COMP 110/L: 3/1 units (meets CARQ Lifelong Learning Campus Requirement)
• MATH 103 or MATH 150A or MATH 255A: 3-5 units (meets GE Basic Skills: Area 2 Lower Division Mathematical Concepts and Quantitative Reasoning)
• GE Basic Skills: Area 1A English Composition (Written Communication): 3 units
