Engineering Management Technology Program
The Engineering Management Technology program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in engineering management and technology. The program is offered by the College of Engineering and Computer Science, with a focus on Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Management.
Program Overview
The program is a 4-year degree road map that applies to the 2025 catalog year. The program requires a total of 120 units, with a combination of core courses, general education courses, and technical electives.
Year 1: 1st Semester
The first semester of the first year includes the following courses:
- COMP 100 (meets CARQ Lifelong Learning Campus Requirement and IC) - 3 units
- MATH 105 (meets GE Basic Skills: Area 2 Lower Division Mathematical Concepts and Quantitative Reasoning) - 5 units

Program Requirements
One course for the degree must have an Ethnic Studies/ES designation. The total units required for the program is 120.
