Theatre/Design and Production Program

The Theatre/Design and Production program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive education in the field of theatre, with a focus on design and production.


Program Overview

This 4-Year Degree Road Map applies to the following catalog year(s): 2025 Theatre, B.A./Design and Production. The program is offered by the Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communication, and is designed to provide students with a thorough understanding of the principles and practices of theatre design and production.


Year 1: 1st Semester

The first semester of the first year includes the following courses:

  • GE Basic Skills: Area 1A English Composition (Written Communication) (3 units)

  • CARQ Lifelong Learning Campus Requirement (UNIV 100 recommended) (3 units)

Program Requirements
