Program Overview


Grado en Comunicación Audiovisual

The Grado en Comunicación Audiovisual is a 4-year program consisting of 240 credits. The tuition fee for the 2025/2026 academic year is 14.03 per credit. The program has a cut-off mark of 10.31 and offers 75 places for the 2025/2026 academic year.


Presentación del grado

This program trains students in the field of creation, production, and realization in various audiovisual media. It is an innovative program based on project-based learning, where students face the challenge of transversal semester projects and must integrate the knowledge acquired in the subjects to develop a realistic and professional proposal. This experience enables students to analyze and criticize, dominate multimedia communication, and innovate in different audiovisual and digital productions.


Salidas profesionales

Graduates can work in companies related to the audiovisual and multimedia sector for television, radio, cinema, digital environments, and video games, under profiles such as director, screenwriter, and audiovisual producer; producer and manager of these companies; specialist in visual and sound post-production; and expert in audiovisual communication.


Movilidad internacional y prácticas

The program has agreements with university centers in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, and Turkey. Students can do internships in companies representing all fields and areas of interest of the degree. The school has agreements with 108 entities: radio stations, television networks, producers, audiovisual companies, town halls, associations, advertising agencies, newspapers, and magazines.


Continuación de estudios

The Grado en Comunicación Audiovisual allows access to two master's degrees taught at the same Campus de Gandia: the Máster Universitario en Postproducción Digital, which has two specialties: Postproducción de Video and Postproducción de Audio; and the Máster Universitario en Comunicación Transmedia, which offers specialized training in Social Media and communication platforms. Additionally, students can access any university master's degree at the UPV, taking leveling courses if necessary.
