Pr·cticas en Entidades UPV

The "Pr·cticas en Entidades UPV" program offers students at the Universitat PolitËcnica de ValËncia (UPV) the opportunity to undertake internships within the university itself.

PASO 1 SOLICITUD de autorizaciÛn de pr·cticas en Entidades UPV

• The application period for authorization of internships in UPV entities is from September 1, 2025, to June 15, 2025.
• Once accepted by the commission, the applications will be valid for the entire academic year.
• Based on each accepted application, as many internships as necessary can be formalized, with the duration (hours and months) necessary for the development of the internship, as long as the approved training project and qualifications are respected.
• Accepted applications will be published on the website in the "Solicitudes Aceptadas" section.

The calendar of meetings for the UPV Practices Commission is available for consultation, and it is also possible to download it in .ics format.

PASO 2 TRAMITACI”N de pr·cticas en Entidades UPV

• The internship processing period is from September 1, 2024, to July 16, 2025.
• Once the internship in the UPV is accepted (see "Solicitudes Aceptadas"), the selected student's internship can be formalized.
• Based on each accepted application, as many internships for as many students as necessary can be formalized during the academic year, with the duration (hours, months) necessary for the correct development of the internship, as long as the approved training project and qualifications are respected, and the minimum stipend established by the UPV is met.

Documentos necesarios para formalizar una pr·ctica en la UPV

The following documents are necessary to formalize an internship at the UPV:

• Instrucciones para la cumplimentaciÛn de los documentos
• Compromiso presupuestario del responsable
• Convenio de pr·cticas
• Documento "Datos" del estudiante
• Documento "Seguro" del estudiante
• Fotocopia DNI / NIE del estudiante

Modificar, ampliar o rescindir una pr·ctica en curso

Once the internship has started, it can be:

• Rescinded due to a justified reason through the rescission document.
• Modified in terms of conditions (hours, economic stipend, tutors, and training project) through the modification document.
• Extended: a new internship will be processed, delivering a new agreement and budgetary commitment.
