The Undergraduate Public Relations and Advertising Program offers students the opportunity to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising or a minor, which can be earned with any major.
Program Overview
Undergraduate students can choose to focus on public relations or advertising, with classes designed to give them the skills to succeed. For those interested in both fields, classes from both subject areas are available.
Concentrations
- The program offers a concentration in Latino Media and Communication, which teaches students to think critically about all aspects of media and communication, with a particular focus on Latino media and Latino communities.

Combined Degree Programs
Students pursuing a BA in Public Relations and Advertising can apply for the combined bachelor's + master's degree program, completing coursework at an accelerated pace, saving time and money. High-achieving first-year students can choose to complete the combined bachelor's + juris doctor (JD) program to earn a bachelor's degree and law degree in a total of six years.
