The LiMI International Intelligent Manufacturing Talent Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to cultivate elite manufacturing professionals. The program's highlights include:

• Intelligent manufacturing reserve officers
• Five months of training in mainland China
• Creation of manufacturing center elites

Program Structure

The program consists of a one-year practical training, which includes:

• Two months of professional training
• Three months of project simulation
• Six months of factory internship
• One month of distribution

Career Opportunities

Upon completion of the program, participants will be assigned to overseas or Taiwan units based on their expertise, with opportunities in countries such as:

• China
• Vietnam
• Thailand
• United States
• Mexico
