The program is designed to help workers build job immunity and career resilience through a systematic approach. The Multivitamin approach is grounded in research on career transformations, integrating the lived experiences of workers from multiple industries, roles, and disciplines with lessons from external shocks, technological disruptions, and career uncertainties.

Course Details

• Duration: 2 days, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Who should attend: Ideal for skilled mid-career professionals from any industry who wish to evaluate their career more deeply, beyond conventional approaches.
• Minimum entry requirement: Diploma/GCE A Level

Program Structure

The program delivers a combination of tools and practitioner insights to help workers open their minds to creative new possibilities and apply them immediately to the respective stages of their careers.
