Business Model Innovation Program

Overview

The Business Model Innovation program aims to guide participants through a strategic analysis of their current business model to identify high-potential opportunities for improvement. The program focuses on design innovation for business model design, innovation, differentiation, and diversification.

Course Details

• The program is designed for executives, managers, leads, and aspiring managers.
• Participants will engage with concepts and tools of design innovation and learn from examples of successful business models.
• By the end of the program, participants will have identified opportunities to apply business model innovation to their company and understand the concept of iterations using lean startup methodology.
