Rota Maestro
Rota Maestro is a project that aims to develop a decision support system (DSS) to optimise staff rostering in a hospice setting. The solution, RosterPro, will streamline the complex process of medical manpower allocation across inpatient wards, homecare teams, and daycare services. It integrates staff skills, preferences, and leave management to ensure equitable distribution of shifts, enhance operational efficiency, improve care quality, and reduce administrative burdens, while also supporting staff satisfaction and work-life balance.
