The Foundation Data Science for HR Professionals program is part of the ModularMaster in Digital HR programme. This course is designed to equip business professionals and leadership teams with the skills to use analytics in managing Human Resources.

Course Description

Participants will learn the fundamentals of data science and its applications, progressing to HR analytics where they will learn techniques to start such a function within the HR Division. Topics covered will include the full value chain of the data science cycle, hands-on practice with statistics, utility tools, data cleaning, Excel visualization, as well as Power BI.

Learning Path

This course can be taken as a module on its own or as part of the Graduate Certificate in HR Analytics and Technology stack. Participants will earn 12 subject credits, which can also be used towards completing the ModularMaster in Digital HR.
