The S.M.A.R.T. Entrepreneurship Module 5: Transformation Leadership is an immersive and experiential module designed to help business owners and executives develop an in-depth understanding and analysis of strategic business threats and opportunities in a rapidly changing, disruptive and competitive global digital economy.

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this course, participants should be able to:

1. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the key concepts in disruptive innovations, digital transformation and best practices
2. Identify and analyse strategic opportunities to leverage on disruptive technologies for Digital Transformation
3. Create a pragmatic strategy for successful strategic change and digital transformation
