Introduction to the Future Communications Research and Development Programme
The Future Communications Research and Development Programme (FCP) was launched to strengthen Singapore's 5G ecosystem and accelerate the research of future communication technologies.
Programme Overview
The programme aims to future-proof our communications capabilities, seeking faster and better connectivity across an ever-increasing array of devices, hardware, and software.
Research Areas
The programme focuses on the following research areas:
- Future Communications Connectivity Lab (FCCLab) at SUTD
- Future Communications Translation Lab (FCTLab) at SIT
- AI-RAN Alliance-Endorsed Lab at SUTD
- Cyber5G Testbed
- Connected Smart Mobility (COSMO) Testbed at NTU
