Overview of the Arts and Design Elite Overseas Training Program
The Ministry of Education initiated the "Arts and Design Elite Overseas Training Program" in 2005 to promote talent training. This program continues to be implemented in five groups to date. The program aims to foster international perspectives in the development of cultural and creative industries.
Selection Process and Scholarship Recipients
In the 2024 selection of the "Arts and Design Elite Overseas Training Program," six candidates were admitted by overseas institutions and received Ministry of Education scholarships for one-year overseas studies:

- UK Cook Robotham Architectural Bureau: 曾泓諭
