Course Description
The course aims to provide understanding and practice in advanced approaches and methods for sustainable management and transformation of industrial companies. It covers general approaches for measuring, managing, and reporting sustainability, as well as specific methods focusing on environmental and social sustainability. The course emphasizes steering towards global sustainability goals, measuring and reporting industrial companies' sustainability performance, and methods for environmental sustainability, such as measurement, control, and reporting in accordance with planetary boundaries. Social sustainability methods include due diligence, management systems, and auditing of industrial value chains.
