Work and Organisation on Human Terms

Course Description

The course Work and Organisation on Human Terms is a 7.5-credit course at the bachelor's level, with the course code A0019A. It is offered during the autumn semester of 2026, as well as in previous and subsequent years (Autumn 2025, Spring 2026, Spring 2027).


Upon completing this course, students will have the knowledge and competence to develop safer and healthier workplaces, as well as to maintain or improve organisational performance. The course focuses on developing knowledge about humans' physical and cognitive abilities and limitations, enabling students to design sustainable processes, organisations, technical systems, products, and workplaces adapted to the user's needs.
